3. Charges and Payment

4. Cancellation and Refunds

EstateNowa is committed to fair practice. The following policies apply by offering category.

– You may cancel standard services up to 3 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund of fees paid, less any administrative charge. – After services have commenced, no refund is possible. – Custom processing packages are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation.

4.2 Digital Products

– Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and prior to any download or access. – Once the product link has been used to access or download materials, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

4.3 Physical Items

– You may return unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the price paid, less any shipping charge. – Returned goods must be in original condition. – Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item is defective.

5. Deferral and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule professional services up to 3 days before the start date at no extra charge. Requests made later may incur a rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

6. Method of Reimbursement

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. For bank transfer payments, refunds will be processed via the same account details provided at purchase.
